Kevin Knepper went above and beyond to keep me informed while my vehicle was being serviced. Due to the electrical issue with my vehicle, he made a good sound decision to keep my vehicle over the weekend. This decision alleviated the need to make another appointment. He ensured I had a rental car. Kevin also contacted me Monday morning to ensure me my vehicle was being serviced. Finally upon the completion of the service, he contacted me to inform me my car was “ready to come home.” Great job, Kevin. Thank you, Mr. W. Charles Clark

Been going to Marvin K. Brown for a while and have taken all my cars there for a few years. I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant experience such as the one recently with Sean. He was extremely helpful, explained everything that was going on with my car and advised me on whatever I needed throughout the process. I’d highly recommend him as a service advisor to anyone I know and he took great care of me during this service, which hasn’t been the case in past visits. I appreciated the hard work of everyone I interacted with and everyone was extremely nice, seems like the atmosphere has evolved and made better which is awesome and I look forward to future visits

I would not mind having a beer with Anthony, he greeted me with such a friendly attitude. I picked up my car early Saturday morning & waited while we broke in a new hire on the use of the billing computer. It did not bother me to see such attention to detail that will make customers pleased in the future. Thank You!

Anthony has been our service advisor for quite a while. He is always attentive to our problems and always gets back to us in a timely manner. I can always trust his recommendations and suggestions. I wish all the service advisors were as nice and helpful.

Anthony Deriso was very helpful with what he was able to do,very polite. However,none of the recalls I've been informed of were resolved. I have also paid for "Trucare". I pointed out road tar that I wasn't able to remove. No answers or explanation as why the tar was still on the truck. I explained issues I made with my truck when I made the appointment. Yet Anthony had no idea of those issues. He explained to me that I would have to make other appointments, partly because there were no technicians available to address those issues. I didn't pay nearly $80,000 for this type of service. If GMC issues letter of recalls, dealerships should be prepared to make the corrections.
