Didn’t see Jared today. I stood around waiting for 10 minutes and then another co-worker (Luis?) jumped in to help me. He also was the one to process my loaner vehicle. HE IS YOUR BEST ASSET!!! This was the worst service, I have experienced in your service department. I dropped off my car Wednesday morning at 7:30am. I was never called that my car wouldn’t be ready to be picked up that day. I had to call several times and finally got a call back telling me that if I picked up my car I would lose my place in line. Thursday at 2pm my car still hadn’t been looked at. I picked up my car and never had it serviced. It was a great inconvenience to be without my car for a day and half. There wasn’t an apology. If I had been told Wednesday morning that I was 15th in line at 7:30am, I could have made other arrangements.

I made an appointment and it still took 4 days till my truck was seen by a mechanic, thought the appointment would have meant it would have gotten in that day. Kevin was great , kept me up to date.
