I was not happy when I first came in last week, one of the other service managers completely ignored me, even when I said hello to him,this guy didnt even acknowledge my existence. But then Robert walked up shortly after and was fantastic. Robert is the only reason I will be back. He handled the situation extremely well and even turned it around and made it positive.
Robert was very helpful and took extra time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle. It is very clear he enjoys his job and represent Marvin K Brown well.
