I wanted to get my truck serviced before a road trip, and brought it about four days ahead of time thinking that would provide plenty of lead time. And under normal circumstances it would have. One of the issues with this truck were worn down brakes and need for a replacement rotor. However, It was not a straightforward parts order. It had to be ordered from Michigan, and it Turned out to be the wrong part, and the risk was needing to reorder it again from Michigan only to get another inappropriate part. This new timeline would mean I’d be able to join my family on vacation (we need both cars), but Sean chased down the issue and found someone in town that had it and was able to get it. Then Sean and the mechanic came in on their day off to get the part installed, checked, and wrapped up, and deliver the vehicle so that I could still take off at the same time as my family. That means a lot, and I really appreciate Sean’s pro activity and taking initiative to solve the problem around the needs of the customer. I’ve had mixed experiences es in service MKB - Larry has always been excellent, but a couple others only so-so. Sean really stepped up and I’ll be asking for him next time, for sure.
The service for my tire with the nail was handled with the best service. I have no complaints and highly recommend MK Brown as a caring dealership. Today they did not fail me. They’re attention to detail and respect for the customer is awesome. Thx

Car was picked up and returned in timely manner. I'm not sure why the car needed the service or what was done. It is a brand new car and they checked something.

Everything went really well but the thing that made our experience the best was the woman who came out to greet us and ask us what we needed. Until then we were early we’re not sure where to go or what to do but she was very helpful and then after that everybody was really great.
