It is always a pleasure to work with Antonio. This was the second time that I have worked with him and he is always pleasant and professional. He explained everything that was going on with my car and I had no problem understanding it. Great employees and great experience!

Drop off of my truck was great. Getting the rental was easy and quick. Picking up however was a different situation. When I came to pick up my truck on Friday afternoon I was the only customer there in the service lanes. There was only 1 service advisor to be found and he didnt seem interested in helping me at all. I waited around for about 5 min without any help so I went inside to return my rental first. The rental desk had to get someone to help me and i was able to have the advisor just inside the door finish my paperwork and call for the my truck. When I got the truck it had still not been washed. I saw other cars getting washed but my truck had not been touched at all. I asked the 1 service advisor I could find if they were not doing washes and he said, "we don't normally wash cars that are here for same day service". I explained to him that my truck had been there since Wednesday morning so it should have been washed. He asked if I wanted to wait longer to have someone wash it to which I responded that I had to be back at work in 15 min so it wasn't going to possible. He seemed satisfied that he didn't need to help further and walked away. I was told the truck was ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon. The dealership was closed when I left work so I couldn't go until around 2pm on Friday to pick it up. Almost a full day had passed so there was plenty of time to wash the truck after the completed service. No excuse there. Also, the lack of personnel on site to help 1 customer is not acceptable. I was the only customer in the service lane and had to go find my own help. No excuse for that either. Please fix? Thanks!
