When I checked in, I was told the service could be done in 90 minutes. After one hour of waiting, I checked with advisor how was the service going, and I was replied that he would check with technician. After 90 minutes, I told the advisor that it already passed the due. Then I found the advisor just moved my car to start working! I made the appointment in advance, right?After I checked out, I already spent there for two and half hours. In comparison, it typically takes 30min to 1 hour for similar service in other places.
After the car work was done, no people told me it was done until I found by myself.
The package includes basic inspections. During check-out, I was just asked to pay. There is no report about the inspection results.
He was so awesome. One of my favorite advisors I’ve ever had. He was so personable and friendly. Even got my car back sooner than expected
I had scheduled to get a front end alignment, but you service department said there was no service tech working today that could do that work. Very disappointing!
