I was waiting from 8:30 until 2:30 in the customer lounge to have a mirror installed and AC checked out. Robert kept me informed on progress in the end AC and mirror was completed an d turned out well.

Sean was great. Due to the defects with my vehicle, I had to bring my car in for service multiple times. Sean had always been informative, easy to work with/pleasant and accommodating. I’ve had a few advisers at MKB and Sean is certainly the most preferred.
