The overall experience was good and Robert Condon was very helpful. However, I have found two screws on the floor of my car since I picked it up. I hate it when there are spare parts! I have thought about bringing my car back but I wonder if a technician would attempt to find out where the screws belong or would they just get discarded. I don't need to go through the trouble of getting my car to the dealership and spending the day without it for no reason.
Greg White will be calling me when the tires for my car come in. It's disappointing that you cannot get them once the customer places an order or readily identify when they will be available. You need not contact me regarding this questionnaire.

Check in is always a disaster. Yeah things are more complicated with covid but it was like this before. You get there and someone grabs your keys..which is great and then you awkwardly wait. It is unclear what you are supposed to do. The service advisors always seem busy with something and most of this time it just looks like they are talking to each other. Why not just get the information when you set up your appointment
Overall I am happy with my service today.
But when I arrived I waited minutes for someone to greet me and start the process of checking in. I finally went inside and asked. I was informed I was assigned to a sevice advisor that was on his lunch. Why would my 1pm appointment be assigned to an advisor that had his scheduled lunch from 1230 to 130? Not a big deal. The man who helped me was very nice. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time. And when I did meet my assigned service advisor, he was very nice also.. But other dealerships have definitely made me feel more like a valued Cadillac customer.
The service was excellent. Sean Heinen kept in communication with me on every service issue. He explained everything thoroughly that needed to be done to my vehicle and the estimated cost. If I have any more issues with my vehicle I will bring it to Marvin K Brown service center with Sean Heinen as my service advisor.
Jerod did a great job and was able to accommodate my crazy schedule today, thank you.
