I was disappointed that the loose floor mat was so badly worn out by the first driver that I cannot keep it in place safely for even a 5 minute drive. It bunches under the peddles, likely making it possible to not properly apply the brakes when needing to or even worse, applying pressure to the gas. It is considered natural wear and tear. My car is not very old, 3 years old. I am surprised to hear the carpet is already worn out to unsafe measures. I never used my bumper to bumper warrenty, and now it is expired. The car seems to be running very well however, so I was happy they fixed the engine and air conditioning. However, I was told I would be able to have my car washed while it was at the dealer for nearly 2 weeks, but it was never washed at all.

The Body Control Module was replaced in CTS and everything appears to be working properly with no issues. When I picked up my CTS I noticed the right front passenger door had been dinged and the paint chipped while the car was in for repair. I didn’t report it since my vehicle had been in the shop for over 3 weeks waiting for repairs and I needed to get it back.

As I left Marvin K Brown I had noticed that my antenna had been bent during the process of repairing the brake lights on my trunk left a message with the representative that help me , and waiting on a comply.

Kevin an excellent Service Advisor very knowledgeable and explain everything thoroughly. He is an Asset to your company and is the reason I bought an GMC and always get the service done at MKB even when there are other GMC dealerships closer

Hi I have had trouble with the truck from the time I purchased it. I’m sure you can look up the records but went on a trip to Arizona, Havasu, and the air conditioner quit working while driving brought it to the dealer there they felt it was an issue maybe possibly having something to do with the turbo that had to be fixed before I ever bought the truck and I Have had several other occasions where the air conditioner stopped working, having to stop the truck, turn it off and restart it in order for it yo work again. contacting GMC here in San Diego and having them work on my truck dropping my truck off for days at a time and still they have not try to pinpoint a problem. today I brought my truck in and I was asked to have a service done on it for $180 which I feel I should not have been responsible for since this has been an issue with my truck since I purchased it. This Freon leak seems to be an ongoing problem because this is how it was diagnosed right after I purchased it. They had to take the AC out in order to fix the turbo this had to be done before we ever took the truck after we ordered it. This is the first time that they wanted to put dye in it to possibly get to the bottom of this and never once while it was under warranty did they suggest to do this. Please call me to discuss

Jared always makes a service visit pleasant and effortless. He is relatable without taking over the conversation and delivers excellent service. My vehicle came off your used lot and it’s a Toyota. I would never consider going to a Toyota dealership for service because Jared Jonsson works at Marvin K. Brown.

My overall experience was satisfying because my vehicle was ultimately repaired and because it was still under warranty I spare no expense;however, While I scheduled my vehicle to be repaired four days in advance, my vehicle sat in the shop for a week as people who were just having their vehicles serviced were getting taken care of prior to me. I did not have any communication with my service rep for almost a week. Due to the fact that I pre-scheduled my appointment for my vehicle , it should’ve been looked at on the day your service agent originally told me it would’ve been looked at and someone should have been in constant communication with me on the status of my vehicle-I had to continuously call the agent and leave messages.
