Anthony was very professional and diligent. There was some confusion initially on the service to perform and providing a rental car and I believe This was because I did not receive a call back from Grace.

When you make an appt for tires and pick out the tires you want to buy well in advance, they should be ready at the time of your appt. If not, call the customer.
Also a tire change should not take 4 hours - on the 3rd trip to the dealership.
