Nothing to do with the service rep but my oil change appointment was at 11am and it wasn’t done until almost 2pm. Felt like I was forgotten about as I sat there for 3 hours:-(
I love the crew at Marvin k brown! It’s the only dealer I will have work in my car! I live in Los Angeles now and I will always keep driving to Marvin K Brown for any and all service! Anthony is fantastic and the guys who do the oil changes & my stuff are fantastic!!!!!

I was very satisfied with my experience and service. Antonio was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to work with. My vehicle service was complete and timely. Great job!
4+ hours for this routine service was totally unreasonable. I stated my intention to wait for the vehicle both when I made the appointment and when I checked in. Plan to find another dealership for future service and future purchases.

Mr. Deriso ALWAYS takes good care of me and my truck every time. I’m sure he doesn’t remember me, but he treats me like family. I can’t tell you how important that is, first being a woman and military spouse so far from home. I feel like I can trust him to tell me the truth about my truck and not give me the run around. As long as we are stationed here in San Diego I’ll continue to bring my truck to Mr. Deriso & his service team! Thank you
