I asked to reset my tires sensors, because they were showing wrong tire location. I was told that it was done, but it was not. Very dissatisfied with MKB not being cognizant with its customers time. Now I will have to come back for this reset.

Although expensive, the Brake Service that was performed on the car was good, However when We picked up our car it was covered in ash/soot both inside and out, meaning our car was left outside over the weekend with the windows down. Car had horrible odor. Called and shared my disappointment with Anthony who asked us to bring Escalade back to have it cleaned inside and out (said it would take 90 minutes for deluxe wash). We returned the following business day (Monday), my wife waited two hours only to find that they just hosed the exterior down, the inside was still covered by in soot (it was still dirty). She phoned Anthony, no return call. I phoned Anthony 24 hours later and no call back after 3 days. Disappointed my vehicle was left outside unsecured, returned in an unacceptable condition, was inconvenienced with a return trip, wasted hours out of our day and now paying to have car detailed and while I wait. This is unacceptable.
