Dana Corky weeks made my 1st visit to MKB a great experience. Very profesional and couteous. I will always have my Cadillac serviced at MKB.
1/ Rental car , that they gave me was bad.
2/ very expensive charges for battery change and oil change.
3/ There were no protective measures for car seat and floor of the car, before fixing, I found dirty seat , and floor, even the dashboard!!!
5/ I received dirty car without washing the car after repair.

Your Service Professional Anthony Deriso went above and beyond to not only keep me informed, but also to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I came in very concerned about a required repair, but left feeling like I had someone on the inside with my best interests in mind.
My truck is still being worked on at the dealership. Anthony has been giving me updates on the progress. Anthony gives exceptional customer service to his clients, he is my go to there.
