My vehicle was not fully looked over, there was a tire that was showing low tire pressure AND they didn’t even run the car through the wash ! It was SOOOO dirty.

Only issues I had were with appointment confusion. I scheduled through the GMC app. Due to the work I was called and rescheduled but for some reason I got reminders from the app so there was some confusion. The loaner, work, and communications were good.
