When I picked it up the tires weren’t rotated, they said they couldn’t find the lock. I told him over the phone where it could be. When I picked it up, he said they couldn’t find it. Now I have to make a special trip back and wait. Urrgh!! Very inconvenient!
Jarred did a fine job but your communication system is the worst I’ve come across.
I must have called 10-12 times Monday & Tuesday trying to get an update to no avail. Each time I was eventually passed into a black hole and told to leave a message, then told the message box was filled and summarily dropped. The 10 - 12 times is no exaggeration. I spoke to Jarred about this and he said his message box was empty. Makes me question why I am having my car serviced at MB.

In the paper work it stated that not much time was spent trying to find the reason for my concern. My car spent a week there and from what I saw it didn’t seem like much attempt was given to figure what was wrong with my vehicle.
