Took me a couple of days to make the appointment because no one ever answered the phone. I had a appointment for a oil change and it still took 2 1/2 to get it done. I won’t be using Marvin K Brown again,

Corky was really a big help for getting my Caddy Tended to correctly. And getting the key lock programmed So on the first click, only the front driver’s door will unlock & a 2nd click will open the other 3 doors. That has been a BIG part for Safety with me in getting gas, Grocery stores, shopping centers. I am so happy for this to work right!. I Love My SRX. After 11 Corvettes & 2 Escalades, this is my favorite car for my Retirement Driving!

It was my first time there and it was a regular maintenance check. I was out of the dealership within a hour and half, which was what I expected. Jared Jonson was very nice and professional and explained everything that was done with my vehicle before leaving. Overall great experience????

I picked up my car and drove out with a car that seem to Had spend a week at the junkyard. Spots of something spilled on the dash board, a couple of scratches on the leather, leather on the dashboard seems it’s been lifted or unglued not sure correct term. Please ad use where do I write a complain about these damages. It was just ridiculously dirty and very upsetting to see those damages. Car still seems to make that original noice caused by what needed to be fixed. Not satisfied at all.
