You had my car for almost 4weeks and got feedback on what was wrong with it!
I brought my car in at 1000 for a scheduled appointment and my car was not looked at until 1pm and then it was too late to accomplish the task before 5pm...So, I have to come back again! :(

I unfortunately had to make two trips to MKB. When I set up the appointment, I asked the scheduler if MKB could order my replacement CUE in advance so it would be there when I came in. She said, “ no, the technicians need to assess it to see if it can be repaired”. When I arrived for my appointment, the technician did not even look at my car and knew immediately that the part would need to be ordered. It was frustrating to be inconvenienced with 2 midday trips to MKB ( for the trip to order the part and the one to replace it) when I specifically tried to mitigate that on the phone.
Job well done everyone was very helpful and found out what was wrong with our car. Thank you
Poor communication about what was going on with my car. Wasn't told that the part I asked about was not what was ordered for me until I went to pick the car up. Turns out the part they ordered, I already had, but they damaged my original part in the process of their work and didn't bother replacing it until Robert noticed it was warped when I was going over the part I was missing. Only drove the car 1 total mile to diagnose a hesitation during acceleration. Not sure how a mechanic can drive a car 1 mile and say there's nothing. Both times I brought my car in for the rattling of a rear speaker, both times I was told they fixed it but the same rattle is there and doesn't sound like work was done on it. Both times they said they'd provide a complementary wash and both times my car was given back to me not washed.
The sevice personnel were courteous and fast, they understood what needed and wanted and made it happen. Thank you, Anthony and the rest of the crew.

I have enough experience with battery failure to know that remedy is usually a simple, quick process. As an example, I called AAA for the jump start. From the time of the call to starting the car was 30 minutes. If not for the warranty with GM, the technician could have proceeded to test the charging system and replace the battery (another 20 minutes?). Instead I drove to Marvin K (another 12 minutes), arriving @ 8:35 for a 8:45 am appointment (total time invested in the problem -40 minutes). At that point I thought it strange to get an estimate of the time required for the charging system test and possible battery replacement wold be another 2.5 hours.
The wait time was actually 2 hours (arrival to receipt of car after repair). After warranty expiration, AAA will get this repair every time.
