The regular service was completed. The check oil light was not reset.
I mentioned to the service representative that I wanted a quote to repair s piece of plastic molding on the drivers side. The service representative noted on my receipt that I wanted a quote for a broken taillight.
We are happy with our XT5 in general...however given the poor performance of Marvin K Brown, my next car will NOT be a Cadillac.

It had nothing to do with Anthony. It's just, I think two and a half your's for an oil change is a little to long.
My experience with Robert Congdon was completely satisfactory. However he had to pick the ball up after Jarred Jonsson who left for vacation and never once communicated with me. He failed to order parts he promised to have installed for a long trip I was planning or no one new knew how to locate them. But the worst part of my experience is your phone system which continually asked me to leave a message then said the message box was full and summarily dropped me. I had to resort to driving down to your facility to check on the status of my vehicle. This phone problem wasn’t over one or two calls to Jonsson but eleven or twelve attempts. Bob Verrilli

My car was there from Monday at 1:00 to Friday at 3:00 the part I asked for to be purchased was not purchased I was not told until Friday that it was not in stock I was expecting for my car to have that light repaired within that amount of days I also turned it in for a oil change my oil was not changed the sticker was still from June and my instrument panel still said it was at 24%, I paid $174 a diagnostic that we all knew was going to come back with nothing because there were no codes I paid money for my oil change we also did not happen so my I was without a vehicle for 4 days and nothing happened I was told I needed a battery because sometime that's what triggers what's going on with my car they told me because there was no lights they weren't able to diagnose what's going on with my car my battery didn't have a light on either and they're telling me I needed a battery so I don't know why they wouldn't believe something's wrong with my car because there's not a light on there was not a light on for the battery either
As usual Corky is one of your best service writers. Always on time and states in my budget
Initially there were some communication issues but they were quickly resolved when Corky was assigned to my vehicle. He proved to be both knowledgeable and efficient. With his advisement I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands, his personality also made the process enjoyable and stress free. Give him a raise, that's a guy you want to keep.
Without question I will be returning for service in the future, the entire staff stepped up and made everything right, I was thoroughly satisfied and intend recommend Marvin K Brown to friends and family as well
Overall great job, A+. I'm extremely particular when it comes to my vehicle and I trust MKB's service department has the know how and resources to meet my expectations.
