it does really matter but ,after asking me if I wanted a car wash and printing it on the work sheet , they did not wash it and returned it to me dirtier than before the service

Vehicle was serviced promptly given the volume of vehicles being serviced.
Provided rental car was clean and looked sanitized. Receive and return process was easy and smooth.
It was good to see Covid practices were implemented. I did not know if my car's drivers seat was sanitized or not. It would be nice to let customers know. Better if sanitized. I sanitized driver side once home.
Over-all a good experience.

I had an 8am appointment for a basic maintenance and an assessment of my programmable seats. It took 4 hours to get out of the shop, even though I was 20 min early for the appointment and second in line. It was very frustrating.

I was satisfied until i noticed that my tires psi were changed. I then thought maybe it was because the tires were cold and the guy seemed to agree as he said he didn’t touch them. So I left then I smelled oil. Looked like no one cleaned all the oil from the oil change off. That smell made me really look under the truck and saw the oil was still just dripping.
When making oil change appointment an dent/scratch repair appointment. The service desk did not inform me of warranty expiration and special requirements needed to schedule dent/scratch appointment. It would have been a waste of my time and efforts if agreement with maintenance manager to provide me a one time COVID oil change. customer communication is insufficient

Good morning I won’t say I was not satisfied, it the little things is what counts, I had a regular service, which it takes 15 minutes anywhere this days, it took close to 2 hours with an appointment, then the Cadillac touch...nope nothing car came back same way besides the oil changed no car wash...Toyota give me a car wash for my oil change the rental cars there get a Carwash before are given to the customers I know this because I was watching them... no the Nordstrom Expirience more like target no quiet Walmart but you are on the way. When I asked the person who brought my car back no wash? Oh you want a wash...nope just want my car with finger prints all over is the new Trent!
