Anthony was great. Expert assessment and appropriate final resolution. Issue that was unsatisfying, however, is vehicle was left outside, was dirty on outside, when we picked it up, windows were dirty etc. We keep vehicle in our garage, it was very clean when we brought it in. You have a strong, reputable dealership with good service center, you fall short in this one area.

I was helped right away. Melanie communicated via text and phone in a timely and clear manner. She was friendly and knowledgeable and welcoming.
Dropped car off at 11:00 am for scheduled oil change. I was told the car would be ready at 1:00 pm. I came back at 1:30 to discover my work had not even started. No one called to let me know so I could rearrange my day. Car wasn't completed until 3:00. The price for the oil change had grown $20 more than last time to add to my displeasure! When I got home I received a card giving me $25 off my next service. But it expires 2/28/21. I won't need another oil change until AFTER that date.
Never had issues when Merle was there. I will take to someone else for next oil change that does not charge 72.00 and won't take all day.

I was grossly overcharged for replacing two batteries that I came in specifically to have changed. I’m playing phone tag w Greg White. Call when convenient ****-****-xxxx. This is probably my 5th car at MKB, and my warranty just ended so if is MKB is suggesting i should take my vehicle service elsewhere, message received.
Advisor never addressed MAF sensor as the problem when the inspection was done. Dealership concern was a possible engine leak and there wasn’t.

Kevin Provided excellent service. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. As a matter of fact, he was the only one able to answer my question....Is my dead battery covered under warranty? Kevin not only answered my question but let me know that it also covered a rental car. This was much needed as I did not have an appointment and your service department was extremely busy. I also had a toddler with me and it would’ve been difficult to wait it out in your service area. Kevin is the only service advisor For me.

You send for oil change but nothing else. I had planned to never return to this dealership again, but needed and oil change and the other dealerships are too far.
