On Monday 11 Jan 21 my car experienced a problem with my key Fobs on my SRX. I immediately scheduled an appointment online for Tuesday 12 Jan @3:00 PM. I checked my vehicle in at 1:45 pm outlined the problem. I get a call back the next morning, stating there is nothing wrong, "it sat overnight and it started right up". Well, I came picked my vehicle at 4:40 got home about 5:15 pm. The same issue happened again. I was told everything thing checked out. I would like to resolve this problem before leaves me or my family straned at inopportune time. I love my maintenance representative he does great work. However,i was not totally satisfied.
