Very pricey, spent over 1,600 not including rental. Sean did cover half of rental much appreciated. Maybe could have washed the car.but otherwise very friendly and explained everything very well.
Melanie Ciro is a fantastic communicator. When I expressed annoyance at the phone scheduler’s errors, Melanie swiftly acknowledged yet didn’t dwell on my complaint. She went directly into action and then proceeded to provide updates which I found very helpful. Melanie was also proactive with suggestions and insights. If your customer service scale is 1-5 stars, then Melanie gets 10.

I came in for an oil change and a service check to make sure everything was good on the car because I am taking a road trip. From start to finish everything went extremely well even during Covid. Everyone was wearing their masks, people were social distancing when talking, made me feel comfortable. My change Didn’t take as long as I thought, and I was even able to take a test drive one of your GMC vehicles. Great experience today with everyone.

Melanie is Amazing. She was transparent through everything and thats exactly what we needed. What I didn't like was arriving to drop off my vehicle to find that my loaner was getting an oil change off site and I may have to wait 30 minutes before it was done. To find that my loaner was not put in the system until the day prior and my appointment was made weeks prior. Though the situation was rectified, it's unacceptable and horrible customer service. I should never have had to wait. And then when I arrive to get my vehicle and to find pieces of my truck out of place. Plastic parts Lying on the floor and in the driver side door pocket. I had to walk those pieces to a rep who took the truck to the back so that those pieces could be reassembled. Yes, he apologized, but this should not have happened. I also found dirty rags in my truck that were left there. They didn't have the decency to clean up after themselves? Especially with Covid and all. Not the kind of service I expected at all. I know they can do better. And they need to do better.

Service Writer went through the list of things I was interested in having done. According to my mileage, he advised that a couple of other things were also due for service. Car was done in a reasonable length of time and was delivered quite clean. Couldn’t ask for more.
Yes, I thought MKB did an amazing and sufficient job with my car. I found the staff very kind and approachable, while also noticing the advanced customer service. I put a great deal of trust in this company and will surely be going back!
