Jared was amazing from start to finish but up to the point where I met him the process was unorganized and sloppy. I called multiple times for an appointment And never got InTouch with anyone. My messages to the service department were never returned and when I finally got through to someone they really did know much about the process and promised things that couldn’t be delivered. Thankfully Jared was my servicer advisor and that made up for everything. Fix the front end though!

The provided services were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Steeringwheel trim was perfectly installed. Very pleased. Just wish they could have cut my spare car key, it's aftermarket but still a GM key but they did program it for me tho. Overall a great experience. Would return here if I needed more work done.
