Alicia was very sweet and professional through and through . My complaint is the absurd waiting period between my car’s drop off & finally getting a technician to take a look at it , only to find out all my car needed was a new battery replacement . I dropped my Cadillac 2020 XT4 off on Monday the 27th, and did not get a diagnosis until Friday the 3rd. Again, the only issue was a bad battery. I was not given/ offered a loaner vehicle , so I went 5 business days without any transportation. Once I felt I needed a car , I asked for a loaner & was told I was on a wait list. Turn around service time should not have taken all week for a bad battery and the inconvenience of me without transportation assistance from the service department . Disappointing .
He was really good super nice and family oriented guy
He went out of his way to make sure our vehicle was ready on time and we were comfortable since I was there very early with my child
10/10 he deserves a raise

Completely dissatisfied. $195 charge to tell me you can't fix the vehicle because the part is on national backorder with no delivery ETA. What, is the truck supposed to sit in service for an indeterminate length of time? Ridiculous and thievery in my opinion.

The service manager went above and beyond to correct a misunderstanding with the service advisor. All issues were resolved in a professional manner.

There were several things that Oscar said to me that I did not apprciate. The last thing he said to me after I spent $811.00 for brake pads/rotors installed and diagnostics... "Have a nice life Jeff." This was probably because he knows that I will never be back. I appreciate all of the years of great service at Marvin K Brown on my Buick Raineer in the past, but those days are over.. The Raineer is in bad shape and it would've cost a small fortune to get it in reliable working order at MKB. In the words of Oscar Monroy, "Have a nice life."
