Brought my vehicle in for 2 reasons. Main reason was for a recall and my SUV needed a new cable for the back up camera, dropped my vehicle off on Saturday and was informed on Tuesday the part was not in stock at the dealer. Interesting how they didn’t know the part wasn’t there and my car had been there for 4 days.

We would rather not take our vehicles to anyone other than Mr. Knepper. He is the creme-de-la-creme and gives the ultimate in service. You seriously need to clone him before he retires. Couldn’t ask for better service because he gives the best!
