I paid $200 for you all to tell me there is nothing wrong with my car. I am aware it is an issue that is intermittent but rather than looking more into the issue / listening to me about that the problem is, I was give two options. Either you keep my car for an unknown amount of time or I “wait for my car to break down again.” Rather than looking into the problem more, I felt blown off. I talked to people who were in the car when me when the problem occurred and they were appalled that I was told nothing was wrong. I have NEVER written a bad review anywhere I have been, so the fact I am taking the time to do so, says a lot. There is a lot more I can say about my horrible experience but suffice to say I will never be coming back and I am tempted to leave a bad public review as well.
