My feedback isn’t specific to any one technician. The whole operation was very unorganized, it wasn’t clear how to check-in once I arrived, I was passed on to multiple people, it took about 45 mins to simply check-in for my oil change which I find unacceptable. Many people also mentioned they were on lunch and that they were backed up with customers. It felt understaffed.

I had an appointment to check my check engine like as soon as I check in they told I had to leave my vehicle for 5 day to get a diagnostic !! Is that normal? So why we make appointments why should I leave my car for 5 days just for a diagnostic smh so I left waste of my day I even call of work for this. I also call to speak to a manager they transfers left a voicemail never got a call back .

Kathleen Ferris was awesome as for the service to get my truck fixed. Not to mention still not fix! The wait of 15 days just to find out your dealership could not fix cause my warranty had to be honored by another dealership. Was a waste of my time. I’ve bought at least 4 autos from your dealership & will no longer waste my time with such a subpar dealer. Thanks again for wasting my time & $200 for a service I knew what was wrong. Justin D

I always throughly enjoy Kathleen. She is HONEST, STRAIGHTFORWARD, COMPASSIONATE. She takes each one of her customers personally and you do not find this anywhere. Usually we are just a number, but not with her! Thank you Kathleen!!
