The repairs on the windshield were not good. There was glue residue from whatever they did on it.

Car been brought in for engine light 2X. First they said due to high mileage it’s not economical to repair. They recommended to change the trans & which I agreed replacing with remanufactured trans with 36 months warranty. Car runs few days & last week eng light came on with trans not shifting same as was originally brought in. Talked to Anthony & told me to bring it in. Called me Friday that car is ready. Did not make it before closing time so I came in Saturday not knowing the service was closed. Glad enough that the manager is around & released the car to me. Unfortunately, driving uphill filled the car is revving high not shifting to lower gear. I drove the car home in second gear. I was going to bring it back but worried of no ride home. Also my wife has a COVID vac appt. that I have to make it home for her appt. also noticed that trans cooling plumbing is not secured causing to leak coolant from the connector. Mr.. Anthony is great person but I think you have technician that are not knowledgeable with **** system. As one oh the biggest famous GMC car maker the service is very unsatisfactory. I am just hoping that this car can be restored as it used to be. Thank you for letting me to talk about my experience with MKB. Need your help to get my car on the road again. Thank you.
