Better communication with the customer, let customer know how everthimg about vehicle any know scratches and what the team did to give the best detailing.One or two, walk around.

Melanie Crio was outstanding, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. My experience once in person at the service center was also excellent. However it was exceedingly difficult to make an appointment. It took 3 days of chatting and calling to get a return phone call and following the discussion the agent was suppose to call me back in 30 minutes to confirm a date once I had my schedule. Unfortunately I did not receive the return phone call. The phone system is having challenges as I could only reach the receptionist and every time I was transferred it would hold a few seconds then hang up. I finally just drove in and dropped off my vehicle.
