I was very surprised it took over a week to replace lift gate shocks. I didn’t know my tires weren’t rotated, that I need new tires, that the there is wear on the interior sides of my tires, and that I need a rotation...until I read the receipt. There was no information about this reported to me by my service advisor. I learned when I read the receipt after checking out. I was also was very concerned for a number of days that my vehicle wouldn’t be covered under warrantee, as my service advisor “wasn't sure until the tech actually found something wrong and then they submitted to manufacturer”. Seems to me this should be looked into upon check in? The lift gate still slumped after I checked a half dozen times in the check out driveway...my adviser ensured me that this is the they all must work...huh? Guess I shouldn’t buy another GMC if this is the way they normally work... Sorry your dealership also wasted 8 days of rental car fees, very poor form in my opinion...if I operated like this at my job, I wouldn’t have one anymore...

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and learned that I also had 2 recalls for computer upgrades. What should've been a 2 hour appt with the recall, turned into 4 hours of waiting.

He was great, the team was great. Very responsive, timely, friendly. Larry is absolutely excellent in his craft and at his job. Listens well, communicates clearly, and is a huge value to Marvin k brown. I was extremely pleased with him and his service and will always request him upon going to Marvin k brown.

Car took longer than quoted , charges were NOT what I was quoted . Someone left their phone in my car and I was inconvenienced and had to bring it back. They also left wet rags on my seat.
