Luis was very professional and respectful, and certainly prompt on the service done to my vehicle. The service was done accurately and on schedule as promised by Luis. I am hopeful and looking forward to have my vehicle service by Luis on my next visit.

I would of like to know that I needed to request a carwash, my paperwork said complimentary car was so I assumed I didn’t need to request it. I didn’t get a carwash but the service was very good and everyone was very professional and friendly.

Sean did a great job and went above and beyond for what is a GMC issue that reflects poorly on their product. This was remedied by him contacting GMC and explaining the issue and getting some subsidy to cover what clearly was a GMC product defect.
He was very polite and answered all my questions.
Had an appointment on Friday, was going to have it done by the end of the day but did not get a call so I call and texted but response, so I had not car over the weekend all so called Greg service manager on Saturday did not call, So I don’t know how you can run a service center with no communication customers, I will not bring my car for any service, it ****!!
