To whom it may concern. I called at the beginning of the week trying to get pricing on a normal maintenance service for my truck. I was told by the girls answering the phone that a service advisor would get back to me with prices. Come Thursday the day before my service date no response from anyone. I called again and left a message with Jared, Kevin and Larry Ramos the supposedly service manager. Only to get a call back from Kevin who was not even the service advisor I was supposed to deal with. I left Larry a voice message saying I was frustrated that I could not get a straight answer or call back from anyone on service that I needed. Still Larry has not called me from my voicemail to get my concerns rectified. I called months prior to this trying to set up service for my truck from Antonio and again no call back. I was real close to take my truck up to Paradise in Temecula where I got a call back right away from there service manager Cory Sortino. He answered all my questions and gave pricing right after I got off the phone with him. Please have the main manager call me to discuss these issues.

Kevin is so amazing to work with. He is super transparent and honest about timing, pricing and even notified me of a price match on my tire. The communication was timely and he let me know everything about my vehicle when it happened. He is friendly, personable and great person to have on your staff.

Marvin K Brown needs to make sure they update service advisor phones when someone has retired or no longer works there. I left two messages for Anthony on Monday February 15 however never received a returned call. Tuesday I called the service phone number and made my appointment. I never received a return call on the messages that I left on Monday. Very unprofessional not to have a return call and if that happened to me how many others has that happened to.
Always go over and beyond their service. Exceptional service always have a reliable loaner car for me.
Melanie Ciro is the definition of a true professional. She kept me updated on my vehicle and assured me that it was in good hands and not to worry . She is very consistent and she keeps me calm and stable when it’s time to pay the bill. Although I didn’t agree with something, she insisted that it was Necessary for a diagnostic. She is calm and collective when Customers are frustrated as I seen with my own eyes. She should get a raise and even get promoted to management. And she’s Gucci
Jared was great! I I did not buy the vehicle from Marvin K. However - that didn’t matter. Jared was professional and took the extra time to explain/have a general conversation. Well Done!
