Jared was very communicative and thorough about my questions and concerns by answering specs, and providing additional routes of solutions if the same problem persist.
Other team members were also helpful and did not have a demeanor of “...it’s not my customer so I am not going to help...” and I appreciate that. I didn’t get the technician name but Oscar and the other team member was super helpful in trying to assist.

The service by Lewis was excellent. The wait for service was rediculous. Lewis we stepped in after I had waited for 3/4 of an hour just to start the process. Every other vehicle which was waiting for service, 6 to 8 before me, and close to 12 after me was served before me. I was furious. I was also grateful that Lewis intervened.

There was dome damage done on my pannel located on the side of the glove compartment. Also alot of black fingerprints left on the glove compartment.

I pulled my truck from service due to the lack of response from Jared and timeliness of service. I spent over 30 minutes on a phone call with lady who worked there trying get a status on my truck, she was not able to get an answer. She even seems frustrated with the process. After 4 hours after my 915 appointment, I was finally informed that my truck may not be looked at that day. There is very little chance that I will ever return to your shop. I would be willing to discuss on the phone if you want more detail.
Satisfied with advisor. Not satisfied with the process. Last two times I have made an appointment via the Cadillac app for MKB, I was not on the schedule and regular internet site prevents internet appointment. Calling adviser is hit or miss. Service at MKB is good on some occasions but not so good on others. If you can make an appointment online, it should be just the same as on the phone or in person. Internet appointments need a lot of attention in the future.
Concerned about the customers
Great care of the truck. They did a great job. However, not to seem rude, but I got a Truck from MKB for the space and comfort, but they put me in a tiny Buick without any of the comforts of the Denali I had being repaired. I noticed they had nicer loaner vehicles that would have been more comfortable. It was annoying to have to drive this thing while my truck was being worked on for 10 days.
