Kevin kept me informed with regular updates on the progress and the costs for the problems found with my vehicle. It’s a great feeling to be able to bring my vehicle in for a simple oil change and a feeling that it feels loose while driving, have the mechanic notice something serious and unrelated to my issues and bring it to the service advisor for follow up. WELL DONE TEAM. They handled the warning light issue later that same day nicely.
Horrible service, was lied to about diagnostic charge, tried to charge me $340 instead of $170. Got 2 different explanations about what was wrong and what service was actually performed. No loaner car or car wash. Will never do business with MKB again. Been doing business with MKB for 20 years. Sad

Knowledgeable and friendly
First someone called to cancel my appointment because they were over booked. She put me a week later. To days after I receive a text that I missed my appointment, which I was told was cancelled.
I called to confirm my “new appointment” and nobody returned the call after leaving a message.
Two weeks later I decide to give it another shot. There was no loaner available and also I was told that I was going to get my car washed and it was not washed. Not the service that I expect from a Cadillac dealership.
Kevin and the people there were great though.
I have not been contacted about my vehicle and do not have a status of the results from the diagnostics completed to identify the issue.
I felt that two and a half hours to do a oil change tire rotation and run it through a automated wash was simply too long!

The customer service provided by Jared was very poor in communication. I brought my car in at 10:45 for routine maintenance and brake check. I was told my car would take approximately 2.5 hours, but I would receive a call after checking my brakes to determine if more time would be needed. I never received a call and upon my calling Jared twice, I never received a call back. Upon my arrival to pick up my car at about 3:30 to see if it was ready, I was kept waiting while he completed an email; with no explanation or apology. Then I waited another 10-15 minutes to receive my car. Very poor customer service.
