This is the second time I chose to return to this location to do a service and a recall. I waited 2 hours to find out that my parts where ordered incorrectly. This was the same excuse as last time I had warranty issues.
Time managment and consideration for once time is defenetly NOT one of their suits.
I’m starting to get a little paranoid. First Merle retired, then Anthony. I’m glad you gave me a younger service manager this time LOL. I’ll kidding aside. You guys do a great job and we really appreciate you.
Some of your other service manager need to take lessons from Robert explain things easy to talk to????????

Great work to all the staff. Sean took care of me. I was a walk in with my truck he told me that it may be awhile since there was appointments before me. Which was fine. But about an hour later he was calling saying my truck was done. Efficient service I must say. Thank you again to all of you for your hard work. Stay safe see you next go around
