Car breakdowns are never easy in many ways. Sean, through Marvin k Brown Cadillac, offered solutions to make things easier such as a loaner car. Not only that, I feel confident the job was done completely and accurately. Thank you for a a job well done!
We have the pre-paid car care program. Service tech did not know this. The bill was corrected but did not get a car wash as part of the service.
We were not driving around his car during the pandemic. When we went in to get an oil change, they we trying to Jack up the price. Typically dealerships aren’t open about their coverage. My BMW was a fabulous dealership and their warranty covered everything. I like the car but not the lying. Never will I buy from you again. I’ll go back to BMW.

Problems not resolved. A/C - heater control panel still flickering on and off. This results in me having to make another trip and arrange for alternative transportation to and from work.

Jared has been my service agent on more than one occasion and I feel completely comfortable working with him. His professionalism, transparency and overall conduct reflect greatly on the dealership which is vary rare as most people are hesitant to go to dealer service centers out of fear of hyper inflated service methods and cost.
My family and I have a great deal invested in our Cadillac and ensuring that it is properly maintained is of high importance to us. Having said that, a service professional like Jared makes us want to return to the dealership because we know are family vehicles in good hands.
