Terrible communication from service advisor. Zero communication for two full days. Stopped car off on a Wednesday afternoon (not counting this as a day) did not hear from service advisor and by the time we called on Friday, everyone was gone. Terrible terrible communication. In all our years owning a GMC and having them serviced at Marvin K Brown we have never experienced such terrible service. An apology would have been nice.

The electronic technology problems likely exceed the abilities of the diagnostic capabilities of your systems to interpret the owners problems. This is a manufacturers obligation but the engineers at GM are too busy stuffing in unnecessary features to worry about real impacts to customer satisfaction. Things like “I’m not sure what is wrong, but I don’t feel safe if the radio is working inconsistently.” Unrelated to safety but then compounds any concern about how safe is that new .... automatic emergency ... thingy that will save your family. A bit like the early airbag concern. Good luck, GM is not likely to fix itself
Brought vehicle in for oil change and lift gate repair. After two full days, electrical department failed to diagnose the lift gate issue and I picked up the vehicle. Oil was changed and tires rotated, but the main issue was not resolved. Furthermore, my oil change coupon received in the mail could not be applied because I forgot the mailer at home. Customer’s word should be trusted and discount applied. I only buy gmc vehicles.

Sean, although very much busy with other people, made the time and effort to speak with me every time I visited the service department. He presented me with details about the issue of my car. And, every time I went home satisfied and certain that my car will be fixed.

The hooks that were installed were not equally st on frame. Bthere was a very noticeable 1/4" difference in profile of how the hooks protruded from the forward bumper.
