Kevin was my service representative and was very professional and courteous, as were all the associates. I do mis Anthony who has been my service rep for the las 9 years who has since retired. My only comment is that I usually have my car washed upon completion of service; however this was not offered until I requested it. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for this to be completed. I also paid for my services in advance via app; however I still has to wait 20 minutes to get assistance in retrieving my keys and still had to sign paperwork. The app made no difference in me having to wait which is not adhering to the marketing that states “save time”. I would also like to comment that the bulb for my Driver side head lamp was not in stock this it took 1.5 days for my service since the bulb had to be ordered from Los Angeles. Is this due to poor parts management? The cost of this was also outrageous. I had to spend money on a share ride - Uber- to return to MKB to retrieve my vehicle the following day, $42.00. I was not expecting to leave my vehicle over night.

Someone went into my wife’s wallet and stole approximately $380. This is the second time some was stolen from us at this dealership. It’s really unfortunate and I hope anyone else has not had to experience this.

Kevin is great. But I’d rather deal with a cashier than have to punch in all the credit info on my cell phone’s tiny keyboard. A real pain for an 80 year old. E mail would be better than texting
