After it took a week to get an appointment for warranty service on my Cadillac my car was not even looked at for the first three days. By the middle of the third day I both called and left a message and also texted a question on the status of my car and had no reply that day. Car was finally finished at the end of the day FridayI was already out of town for the Easter holiday weekend. I have owned several high-end cars before this Cadillac and service was always performed at the time of the appointment. I believe Marvin K Brown is grossly over booking maintenance appointments if they can’t even look at your car for three days after arrival. I spoke to service manager Ramos and although he was polite he did not apologize in anyway and I felt like he politely argue with me about my complaint. I definitely will not be back for any service or sales at this dealership

Dropped car overnight and didn’t a status update until I called service late morning the appointment day. Impression was car had just sat there and if I hadn’t called dot would’ve sat there some more. Ditto for the next day - I had to call to get an update after having asked he (Jared) pls give me an update the following morning. It’s a small first world problem at the end of the day, but I had some important meetings I was trying to schedule around and had a 2.5 hour walk to pick up the vehicle - and impressed this upon Jared, but he could appear to care less. Zero sense of urgency or responsiveness - that’s how I feel and impression I get. He was pleasant and professional to speak with, and seemed technically competent, but my impression is his organizational skills need some managerial coaching.
