I called service and service management repeatedly and never received a call back. I finally called Sean, and he returned my call. My vehicle was there Wed and I received no word whatsoever until Monday afternoon. I find thus unacceptable, and the fact that I still haven't received a call from management, a week later says alot. This is why I stopped bringing in my Truck.

Sean is ALWAYS so very responsive, kind, and concise with his communication. He provides timely updates and makes you feel like more than just another customer. Making the price of work needed easier to swallow! I cannot say enough about that dude!!

I want to say the service was good. Not Jared fault but I think that you guys can come up with a better communication after the link for payment is done as to how to communicate when you arrive at the dealer to pick up the vehicle. I got there and was waiting on Jared to give me the release paper and explain the inspection details that was done on my suv. There was other gentleman that were there to help me but didn’t know much about what Jared knew so I still need it to wait on him. If there is a way to make the process more clear just like the person that takes care of you at the. Unicel that would be a much better experience. My car was dropped off at 9:45am and was done by 1pm or so. That was a way to long of a wait. Thank goodness my husband pick me up and drop me off home. Anyway I just wish that there is a much efficient communication. Thank you so much! I was overall happy with my service and Jared services, very professional.

Team was great! I have no complaints. I waited for my car who had a oil change and tile rotation and they washed my car! Team was great. Thanks for a job well done
