I wanted to give a personal shout out to Jared. The guy is second to none. I appreciate his straightforwardness about my suspension not being covered by warranty. But he was able to get GM to cover the cost on my Escalade because I had it for such a short period of time. I cannot be happier with this guy. He deserves a pay raise and or a bonus. Ryan M

Communication is an absolutely terrible. No one can answer a phone, return a phone call or accurately pass information to the customer.

While I understand that it can be very busy, I was not happy with the communication I received around the status of my car and an estimated service timeline. I had trouble connecting with my service representative over the phone. While I would receive brief texts, I was not always able to connect with my service representative for follow up questions. When the timeline to pick up my car changed, I was not updated which was frustrating when trying to coordinate. I understand that it takes time for quality service, but moving forward it would be helpful to receive updates about my car, when I can anticipate it being ready for pick up if it changes from the original day/time estimate, and knowing that when I call/text, I will have the opportunity to thoroughly discuss charges/service/etc.

Waited over 30 minutes to be checked in. Then after the regular servicing I was told it would be five weeks before they could check out the transmission issue on my new CT4.

When I got home I realized that my seats were filthy, like someone full of grease sat in the drivers seat. I have the beige leather seats so you can see everything. Also the armrest on the drivers side was dirty. I washed my car right before I took it in and the car was kept for several days so the outside was also very dirty. You would think that the least they could do is run it through the car wash before i pick it up and cover the leather seats when they’re working in the car. Jared Johnson was helpful though, he texted me that they were going to keep my car until the part came in, he responded to my text promptly.

My service advisor Jared was great. Very accommodating, professional and patient. I don’t understand why we still don’t get a car wash any more. I’m not talking about the inside of the car I’m talking about the outside of the car. Even the Ford dealership in La Mesa washes vehicles before they’re delivered and I have a Cadillac. ?

No responsibility for the error and adjustments needed were not made mr. White assume that what he said was correct and the responses that I made regarding the air on the tire that caused the whole problem was not adjusted yet he has no patience to be listening and she should instead of expanding his theories and his correctness I assume that something may be done about the lack of responsibility and the lack of a proper adjustments
