I am pretty upset that I had to wait over 3+ hours to have my oil changed. Sean knows I was upset. I waited OVER the 2 hours he quoted me and decided to check when it would be done only to find out it had not even been started yet!!!! Even though he didn’t charge me for this service (and I feel it was only fair considering) I am not sure if I will be back to MKB. I am just recently widowed and my husband always took care of these things, but it seems to me I should probably reconsider where I service my car.

Service advisor needs to do a better job of estimating the time that the vehicle will be ready. My appointment was at 7:15 this morning. I was told it would be an hour and a half. It was over 2 1/2 hours. To his credit, my advisor give me an extra $10 off my service.

After work was completed on my Vehicle.
From the start of the transaction it was troubling. Call center scheduled my Monday appointment. Upon arrival I was told I was a week early and that I must of misheard the call center. After a discussion they accommodated my drop off however it became obvious that no one worked on my truck for the majority of the week as I received text updates from Robert/automated text service. It said any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. I began to ask for updates on the on going repairs (what did the diagnostic session find? Warranty eligibility? Etc) not once did I get an update just daily text saying please don’t hesitate to ask questions. Finally Friday I called to get an update and was given none. I left a vm with Robert and finally late in the day I was given one stating a part was coming from la on Monday. Monday afternoon at 5pm I was notified the repairs were completed and to come get the truck. My keys were kept with the service department and I told them I would bring my second set of keys due to the after hour pick up. We agreed that my wife would come today at lunch to get the keys and Sean told me he told Kevin to have the keys ready for my wife at service counter. She arrived shortly after the conversation with Sean and no one knew where my keys were nor what she was talking about. While I’m satisfied with the repair I’m unsatisfied with the customer service. From no loaner car to no updates to incorrect drop off appointment to the key pick up fiasco it just was a let down. Robert was very nice
