Luis was very thorough and treated me well! I waited in your lounge but really did not appreciate having the large TV tuned to CNN. Would’ve changed the channel but didn’t feel it was my place. Thankfully I could go into the business center room so I didn’t have to hear the propaganda. The service to my car was good...just didn’t appreciate the indoctrination!

Poor communication. Technician went on vacation but someone else should have covered. Two voicemails, one text and one email went unanswered adding a week to the work order. The complementary car wash that was offered & accepted was missed. Completely better experience with Lexus, Mercedes Benz & Range Rover.

Kevin is a great service advisor! Listens to what you’re telling him about any problems with the car and then takes care of them. Always returns phone calls promptly and is extremely courteous. Highly recommended Kevin as a service advisor!

Luis was a Professional from start to finish inform me of each step-by-step of what’s going to happen to my vehicle of what was being done to my vehicle. Even surprising when he told me about a part that needed to be taken care of with The back windshield wash, Which is scheduled to be taken care of immediately. I really appreciate it.
