All the mechanicals seem to be working fine but I paid for an interior and exterior detail, but the car was not waxed and shining inside or outside. Also the car smells like fluids and oils, not like a car that’s been detailed.

Service airbag light came on after the recall replacement.
Your text update system doesnt work. Its a one-way system. It send me texts and says i can respond to ask questions/ get updates, but when I sent messages back, it went to a black hole. Limited updates and feedback on my car status, which made it difficult to plan life due to not having a loaner car. I purchased a brand new Cadillac CT5 3 weeks ago, and just expected better overall service from such a great brand.
Repairs not yet done. Parts on order.
With each visit I have at MKB Luis has been a professional associate of yours. Keeps me informed of all the situations or problems I have with the vehicle and has taken care of it, 100% from start to finish. This is something that was lacking by the other manufacturers I used to deal with. Luis should be commended for a job well.

My vehicle should not have sat at the dealership for days without my being informed, and The customer should not have to call to get a status report. The customer should not gave to point out your companies service discounts. Not Marvin K Browns best demonstration of customer service.
