Kevin is the best. He has been my service advisor of choice for years. He is very informative and always explains to my understanding what is going on with my vehicles weather it is an oil change or major repair.

You had my car for two weeks! I told Luis I use my car for business, lost $3,000 in those days. Also,incorrect diagnosis on battery, only generator needed replacement, cost me two days. Had battery guy come out and diagnose. Pricing on structural issues was ridiculous!!! Not happy with MKB .....

I always feel like a Marvin K Brown customer when Robert Congdon is my Service Advisor. Not only is he a true professional, he actually knows all about my vehicle and what is best for me to maintain to high quality GMC I bought at this dealership. His personal relationship touch makes the visit even better. He knows his customers well. Really appreciate him and I find that the Service Department has a higher standard than the sales department.
