Service to the car seems fine, but receiving the car with dirt on it seemed a little unprofessional. I know it rained a little over night, but since my truck really shouldn’t have stayed over night, you’d think they could have ran it through a quick wash since I dropped it off in very clean condition. So to see rain spots and some unknown dirt on the truck was poor.

Jared did a fine job with the service. My frustration was that I made a 3 o’clock appointment and it took until 3:20 for someone to help get me on my way. To insult to the process I got an automated email from Marvin K Asking me to be on time for the appointment. I would recommend that you work on having an adequate staff to meet your commitments instead of reminding your customers be on time.
They did a great job. They even washed my car and made it look great!
