My other car is done within a specific amount of time but my gmc takes multiple days and there are no rides home or loaner cars. My other car is usually an hour max 3 for a big service.

So I appreciate the fact he got me in and worked on my vehicle but as far as customer service this was atrocious. You had my car 4 days and I did 3/4 of the contact to see where I was with my vehicle. I even showed up to check on the status because no one including my service writer answered the phone. I will NEVER come to this place again and I will let everyone I know including my social media know to steer clear from this business.

This is our 2nd experience with the MKB Cadillac Service Department. Jared and his entire team have gone above and beyond both times. Not only did Jared handle all of our repair requests in a timely & professional manner, but his communication was frequent and proactive throughout the entire process. We have purchased certified pre-owned vehicles from other dealerships in the past but the customer service experience from Marvin K Brown Cadillac far surpassed them all. We will be customers for life. Thank you for everything!
