The check in process was the worst experience I have ever had. No one greets you or tells you someone is coming. I don’t know if I wait in the car or who to go up to and let them know I have an appointment. It took 30 mins from the time arrived to the time a service advisor finished my paperwork. No one tells you who your service advisor is or where to go.

Sean was very thorough but for us in and out so we could get to another appointment on time.
Dropped off my car on June 23rd for warranty work on my third row seat. No one kept me updated on what parts were no ordered or when expected date of completion was I had to keep calling to find this information out, they kept telling me service advisor and no one would call me back. Picked up my Escalade today and I my paperwork was missing. They handed me a paper for my to sign so I could pick up my Escalade. My seat was not repaired I complained and I was sent to speak to Greg the manager, he then got on the car with me and had me drive back to the workers bay to ask the technician to tell me what had been done to my car he then proceeded to explain that the cushion was replaced and that it was fixed, I explained that the seat was the exact same as I had brought it in and they could not tell me something was fixed if it was still broken, Greg the manager then told me that since the technician said it was fixed according to GM specifications there was nothing that could be done for me even if I felt it was still broken and asked me to take my paperwork and leave. Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced, I will never be returning to this Caddilac dealership when it's time to trade in my Escalade for a new one or even a simple oil change

The place can be a little intimidating if you’ve never been there before. Maybe there can be a sign that lets people know they can pull up all the way through and that they remain in their cars. And now that COVID-19 restrictions are over it’s unclear what the expectation is. I sat there for 15 minutes at the start of the covered part because I have only ever been during COVID-19 with my husband and there was a very long line to check in so I wasn’t sure how it worked but not one person asked me why or what I was there for until I pulled up underneath the covered area. I saw several employees that act like it just wasn’t their job to deal with seeing what I needed. Why else would someone be sitting there waiting????
