Oscar was untruthful with me. I got to m l k at 9:30 checked in and he told me that it wouldn't be until 2 or so before they could get to diagnosed my car to see what the problem was. I was there until 3:30 and when I asked Oscar he told me that it was going to take between three and four days to just diagnose my car. Spent the whole day there waiting for nothing. Got my car and left and I will never be back

Highly high crazy price for only diagnoses for one single item??!!!atleast let us have those fees toward repairing then we could’ve had a better service experience with CADILLAC marvin K.brown
