Numerous things. First, when we arrived for appt, we were told that they would have to keep our vehicle thru the weekend. This was on a Weds! We needed oil change, battery (due to various codes coming up) and a recall item attended to. Then we were shown that a tire had worn tread and should be replaced. We were originally going to go with discount tire for the replacement. Our advisor told us that Marvin K Brown would provide an alignment at no charge if we purchased tires through them. We then agreed to have two tires replaced but were charged for the alignment. Our advisor said he told us of the charge during a very confusing text exchange.We were charged and feel that the advisor did not stand by his original claim. In order to get our vehicle back in 24 hours, they could not read any codes that could possibly need attention on our vehicle and we also did not have the recall item taken care of as well. This is not the first time we’ve had an issue with this dealership. At this point, we will take our business to another Cadillac dealership

Robert Congdon provided an outstanding customer service! My initial appointment was scheduled over the phone for Friday late morning. When I arrived Robert explained to me that because Friday is the busiest day my car wouldn't be serviced until the following week. Of course I was not happy about that. When the operator offered me this appointment I was expecting the work being done on the same day. I was frustrated that I
rearranged my busy day for nothing. Robert was very understanding. He scheduled another appointment for me for the following week and said that he will make sure I will be taken care of. He held his word! My car was serviced in a timely manner. Robert stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process to keep me updated. The whole process was easy and seamless. I would like to thank Robert the the outstanding job he did assisting me.
